I’ve blocked any further transactions with my bank and I stick this one down to lesson learnt… merry Christmas all!! messaged customer care to be told it’s all approved and my money will be with me within 24 hours… not 5 hours later I get a email saying it had been cancelled and placed back into my casino wallet, again I asked the chat why and they didn’t have a clue what I was talking about in this whole process I have probably deposited in excess of £600 to claim back £350 winnings that didn’t exist, I get it’s my fault for gambling that’s fine but please don’t waste any of your time and hard earned money with these absolute con of a company…. Delayed another few days then proof of address, that’s fine again can’t see why this needs dragging over a week now but, sent proof of address, gets approved, by this point were I to none working days so delayed further. To then tell me they want photo id, that’s fine sent that. again delaying the process a further few days.
Did so and withdrew my £350 that was 2 weeks ago, asked to verify my email done that, waited a few days then asked to Varify my number, done that.
Opened an account deposited £20 bonus of £20 won £500 decided to bank £350 was told to cancel the £20 bonus and then I could withdraw. I’ve only gave this one star as I had to, by far an out and out scam.
